Ingredients: L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, bulking agent (E460(i)), anti-caking agents (E341, E470b, E551), starch.
Recommended use: On training days take 4 tablets per day (2 tablets before workout and 2 tablets after workout). On non-training days take 2 tablets before sleep.
